• Employment Exhibition 2017 offers many jobs opportunities during October

    The Employment Exhibition 2017, organized by Asharqia Chamber during the period from 23-26 October 2017, offers a wide range of jobs with multiple options for job seekers. It also offers opportunities for private sector institutions to attract hundreds of qualified national talent to provide its services and offers in support of the development of the local human element.
        
    The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, Abdulrahman bin Saleh Al Atishan, said that efforts are being exerted to launch the exhibition, which is being held at Dhahran Expo under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, , with the active and positive participation of many companies and entities concerned with resettlement, training and Saudization to participate.
        
    Al Atishan expressed optimism about the success of the exhibition in its next edition, which is held for the fifth consecutive time, based on a number of data, most notably the achievements of last year. The exhibition witnessed the participation of 110 institutions and companies. More than 5,000 job opportunities were presented. visitors from the students of work and interested in the issues of training and the resettlement of jobs, It is expected that this exhibition exceeded this level of achievement and success achieved in the past year, in view of what is a project, "Saudization" of importance at the level of the country in general, Additional dimensions due to increased demand for national competencies, especially in the private sector.
        
    Al Atishan said that Asharqia Chamber aims to achieve communication between the various bodies concerned with training, recruitment and human resource management in both the public and private sectors. The Chamber aims to raise the level of the concept of professional culture for applicants and job seekers.
        
    He added that this exhibition, in the light of the results of the last four years, was the best choice in employment for a number of establishments and job seekers in the Eastern Region. It was also the channel for national talents seeking job opportunities to achieve their personal aspirations. It is an opportunity for the business sector to attract national talent and is a successful mechanism for providing job opportunities for Saudi youth.
        
    For his part, Secretary General of the Chamber Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al Wabel said that the importance of the exhibition is presented in three main areas. The first is the companies facing some difficulties in attracting the national workforce, as they will find their participation in this exhibition. Means to obtain qualified national cadres.
        
    The qualified youth with scientific and practical skills. The exhibition provides them with several options for applying these skills and applying them within appropriate work fields. Hence the third and last party is the intermediate institutions that carry out training, education, Through the exhibition, to provide all its services and bids. The result is the achievement of communication between the three parties, reflecting the status of the local labor market, which is large and growing.
        
    Al Wabel expressed the hope that the new version of the Exhibition will contribute to the success of the previous versions, which contributed to the recruitment of large numbers of national manpower, and also highlighted a number of suggestions supporting the big  Saudization project, which was confirmed by the Kingdom vision 2030.
        
    Al Wabel praised the great cooperation between Asharqia Chamber and sponsors of the exhibition. The cooperation and coordination played a major role in the success of the past editions of the exhibition, which contributed to providing employment opportunities for a lot of the Saudi youth. He pointed that the Chamber has always cared for the project of Saudization in the private sector by many seminars, conferences, workshops and training programs, and was seeking to communicate with the concerned authorities to overcome all challenges in this regard.
